With the Basic Law as the mini constitution, and mass infrastructure developments like the Tsing Ma Bridge and the New Chek Lap Kok Airport, Hong Kong has entered into a new era of development while maintaining the necessary ingredients of a free market economy. Visa free access is available to about % 70 countries. It is a good opportunity for all overseas participants to see Hong Kong SAR after its change of sovereignty from Britain to China in July 1997.
